Customers have been requesting for several years that we produce an affordable handheld UVC sanitizer, which has similar capabilities and power levels to our more industrial units. This has not been possible until now, due to the expensive components and custom fabrication required.
We are very happy to bring to the market our 18 watt, dual bulb UVC surface sanitizer, this is an excellent value watts/dollar tool to keep high traffic areas free from bacteria and viruses.
Wherever you want to keep sanitized and disinfected, be it your kitchen, bathroom, door handles, or any area where harmful bacteria and micro-organisms congregate, this ergonomically designed and lightweight sanitizer is the UVC tool for you. Featuring a highly efficient reflector, it creates an effective power similar to the 35 watt handheld when held at the same distance from a surface, increasing your level cleanliness and protection when used in the home or office. It's size truly belies it's capabilities.
The unit features a 6 foot cord, but can also be used with almost any power extension, allowing the 18 watt handheld to get to all the hard to reach areas that you would like to sanitize. Two 9 watt UVC bulbs will produce UV light in the 253.7 nanometer (nm) wavelength, which has been proven to eradicate viruses, bacteria, mold, other fungi and microbial contaminants.
To turn the unit on, simply flick 1 switch, wait 5 seconds, then flick the second switch. After 10 seconds, you will have full UV-C intensity.
